Straightforward membership, beautiful equipment. Front desk was very friendly, especially Eve. Very good environment. Looking forward to training here.
Avoid this gym. What should have been a simple membership cancellation turned into a drawn-out, frustrating mess that exposed how poorly this business is run. I made multiple attempts to contact the Lakes Entrance store via phone and was told every single time that I’d get a callback — not once did that happen. Which says everything about how they handle customers. I was also explicitly told my account would be frozen while the issue was being investigated, yet they continued charging me anyway.
