I tore my rotator cuff by about 40% and completely tore one of my bicep tendons. This left me with decreased function in my right arm as well as excruciating pain. When I saw Charles to see if we could fix this damage so that I could regain my functionality in my shoulder, he said it would be at least a four-month recovery time. I was having problems with my neck and shoulder. I was impressed with how fast I was able to get an appointment. Dr. Charles Vantanajal was super informative and easy to talk to. After one appointment I was able to move again and with the exercises that the doctor gave me helped my healing process even faster. I am not one to go to a doctor unless I am dyeing in pain but in balance family chiropractic was 100% worth it don't wait it's worth the appointment.
