I found In Balance Energy on Check a Trade when I was looking for someone to talk to about my friend and neighbour potentially getting scammed out of £3300 for a replacement inverter. I explained the situation to Glen and he couldn't have been more helpful, he asked if I could send him photos of the inverter which I did, he then talked me through switching the inverter back on - turns out the scammer engineer had turned the system off. Glen thanks so much for your help and honesty. You really are a star. :)
