RecommendedI can’t say enough about how much I loved my experience here. I had never had acupuncture or cupping done before and now I am sold. The usually constant tightness in my neck, shoulders, and upper back that I had come to accept as “normal” is gone! Definitely coming back.
I absolutely highly recommend In Balance. The acupuncture treatments are incredible with along with Kristin.
So, I walked into In Balance Acupuncture and Wellness feeling very skeptical that this would be the answer to ending the excruciating nerve pain I had been suffering with for months. However, I was desperate for some relief, willing to try anything short of cutting off my left arm, and after 3 treatments, I am amazed. AMAZED! I am getting regular massages and seeing my Chiropractor too, but my pain is significantly less, I am taking less anti-inflammatory drugs and I am sleeping again! Brad is an absolutely wonderful massage therapist. I've had massages all my life & he is by far the best. I always walk away feeling relaxed & any pain relieved. He also has great advice on stretches & other techniques to use on a daily basis following your treatment. I highly recommend him!

Kristin is amazing! Her down to earth approach makes the experience even better! She excels at what she does, and has made In Balance a warm and welcoming place to visit.
