The cleaning itself was good however the transparency around pricing was frustrating. The website lists $90 for a sedan which was expected but during the "inspection" it wasn't clearly communicated that there would be an extra charge for the level of dirt. Honestly the car wasn't that bad and the assessment seems really arbitrary. Ended up having no choice other than paying $140 because the cleaning had already been complete. A simple quote approval would solve this inconsistency

I am thrilled with the detailing work In & Out Auto Spa performed on my van. Bring a family vehicle in with all that is associated crumbs, dirt and stains is a real test and they passed with flying colors. The interior transformation was unbelievable. They did a deep clean, eliminating most stains and removed all crumbs. My minivan genuinely feels brand new. On the exterior, the waxing was done and makes the paint shine beautifully. I called looking for short notice detailing, they were able to fit me in same day. I am so impressed with the attention to detail and outstanding job done by Abdullah and his group. My car is spotless and smells amazing. I would have expected to pay more, so I find their prices extremely reasonable- they were competitive with several other detailing companies I contacted. They did an excellent, thorough job. When I got my car back, it was spotless! They did an incredibly thorough job and truly exceeded my expectations. The owner runs the business with integrity and takes customer concerns seriously. Highly recommend their service!
