In A Flash installed our furnace in 2019. This October 14, Friday my furnace (3 years old) stopped working. The motor appeared to be locked up. Call IAF to come and check furnace and replace motor (under warranty). The owner was to return my call. HE HAS NEVER CALLED. Night time temps ranged 46-31°. Really needed heat. Called another local company who came out on that Friday and put motor in on following Tuesday and honored the warranty. In A Flash will gladly sell you a furnace just not service it. They installed a heat pump. It hasn't work right since day 1. They never want to come out to work on it and blame it on everyone else. Now we had to pay another company to come out and fix our new heat pump that completely stopped working.
Called them for a quote. They never contacted me back with the quote. Found in the past they are bad at returning phone calls
Had an appointment set up from the week before. They showed up a day late. Looked at it for three minutes with tools taped up and shabby looking. Said the AC unit was broke. Charged 119 dollars and said they would wave the fee if I got a new ac unit through them. Called in another company who actually fixed it in half the time and showed up same day. Be warned
Manufactured Home dealer/customers beware! Not worthy of the one star. Terrible experience all around. We purchased a manufactured home 2 years ago and was placed with this company to install the unit that came with the home (the manufacturer home company is PHENOMENAL, by the way). Both years we had issues with the air conditioner and was forced to call In A Flash air to come service the unit.
