On several occasions Jared and his team has gone out of their way to squeeze us in to his busy schedule knowing that we were in a bad situation. Everyone on his team is kind and very respectful, they pay attention to the issue and make sure that they can resolve it as fast a possible with the minimal cost to his customer.
