Complete joke of a company. Ordered bolts over 2 weeks ago and still haven't shipped. I've tried calling their business phone and sending several emails. Even messaged them on their Instagram page. Zero response. Absolutely do not do business with these people

If I could leave a no star review I would. I’ve order parts from them 3 times. My first 2 experiences were fine. My most recent experience sucks and there is definitely a pattern here for neglect towards customers, my story matches many others in these reviews . I Ordered some hardware, they charged me, I got a confirmation email the next day and that’s the last I heard. I had a great experience with Imzz Elite, and honestly, I’m not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. In my case, everything was handled well, and it’s clear there’s effort and care behind what they do. Supporting small businesses means understanding that behind the name is often just one person, or a very small team,wearing every hat.
