Great company, fast shipping, and excellent customer service. I try to get all my cool-guy parts from IMZZ if they have it.
Great Customer service. Hands down. I’ve ordered from Imzz multiple times and have never had a problem. They even called me after hours when the item I ordered ended up not being in stock to let me know and offer a refund or a different item in its place. Any time I’ve ever had a question about one of my orders, they are extremely responsive via instagram. The last item I ordered shipped SAME DAY. I’ve never had an issue. Will continue doing business with Imzz Elite.
Complete joke of a company. Ordered bolts over 2 weeks ago and still haven't shipped. I've tried calling their business phone and sending several emails. Even messaged them on their Instagram page. Zero response. Absolutely do not do business with these people
