Worst company I've ever dealt with. Placed an order for black bolts for my bike on June 29th, got a confirmation email that my order was received. Reached out on July10th to get a update via social media. No response. Email the sales on July 24th no response and tried social media again on August 19th. At this point I'm out over 300 bucks and going to contact my credit card company tomorrow Monday the 25th to initiate a fraud case against them. Do not do business with them. Largest selection of ARP bolts for twin cam bikes. Other shops I have bought from, their bolts were junk. However IMZZ Elite’s bolts hold their color great and don’t rust like prior shop I used. Been beating on their sprocket doing rolling burnouts, wheelies and holds great and still looks new after almost a year on it.
IMZZ Elite really came through. I ordered a 1 inch block for my kickstand last minute and they went out of their way to make sure I would receive it the very next day. They went as far as personally driving the item to the UPS store because their guy had already came to pickup the shipments going out for that day already. That by far is top notch customer service. Super fast shipping. Item arrived in two days, all the way in TX. Packaged great. Will do business again.
Place is horrible ordered some basic bolts over 3 weeks ago and after a few weeks they finally shipped them and once they got here it was only half the order lol they literally drag their feet and don’t reply to emails. So if you want anything in a timely matter stay clear from these dudes.
