I wanted to leave a review because we unfortunately made a mistake with our booking and forgot to cancel an appointment that had reserved her morning. Even though the situation was understandably frustrating, she handled it professionally and communicated clearly about how it impacted her small business. It was a good reminder about how important cancellations are for small businesses that rely on booked time slots. I've been a nail tech for 8 years but HATE doing my own nails. Tina's care and attention to detail is amazing and she worked fast even though she had to remove a set of SNS extensions and give me fresh Gel extensions. I've never had a fave tech but she is it, no lie. 10/10 would do again.

She is really sweet and did beautiful almond shaped ombre nails for me. The nails are so beautiful and reflect that she truly cares about her work.
Amazing work!! Had my acrylics on until my next refill and not a lift.
