Very happy with the service. Tina is very talented, careful and passionate about her work. This is my 5th set with her and can never go back. Super affordable for such a great job and the amount of time that she spends on each set. Highly recommended 🩷
The nails were okay, however I didn’t really enjoy the service experience. I found it a bit difficult to ask for anything re my nails comfortably, as the communication felt somewhat abrupt at times. It may just be a personal experience, as there are many positive reviews. Overall, I don’t think I would return, as I prefer a more comfortable and welcoming experience. I have since found another place that better suits me.
I wanted to leave a review because we unfortunately made a mistake with our booking and forgot to cancel an appointment that had reserved her morning. Even though the situation was understandably frustrating, she handled it professionally and communicated clearly about how it impacted her small business. It was a good reminder about how important cancellations are for small businesses that rely on booked time slots. I've been a nail tech for 8 years but HATE doing my own nails. Tina's care and attention to detail is amazing and she worked fast even though she had to remove a set of SNS extensions and give me fresh Gel extensions. I've never had a fave tech but she is it, no lie. 10/10 would do again.
