Tawnie is absolutely amazing! The level of warmth, knowledge, and sheer joy is something that I haven’t seen in a long time. My husband and I recently moved to Lone Tree from Philadelphia, Pa, and Tawnie, Eddie, and Kari have all been fantastic! The attention to detail, anticipating our needs, and being the best group of people is something that is rarely witnessed. I would recommend Tawnie to anyone who wants to find a space that speaks to them, and call that place home.
I’m so glad we found IMT at RidgeGate! The amenities and our apartment that we’re moving into is stunning. It’s perfectly located to work, shops, the light rail and more. And our leasing agent, Tawnie was super. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. Any questions we had, she answered. She’s more like a really good friend now! And I also have to give a shout out to the manager, Eddie. He too was super in helping us with our move in. IMT is a great place and the staff are fantastic!

Here are some pros and cons of living here based on my experience.
