I usually don't write reviews, but I recently submitted a few minor work orders and wanted to recognize Eddie, Nick and Aaron. Eddie addressed my requests almost immediately. Nick and Aaron completed the requests within 24 hours. I am so very happy I moved into IMT at RidgeGate.
I moved in this past month and have really enjoyed my stay here so far. The amenities are great (love the gym and the library), and I had a maintenance request that was completed promptly, which I appreciated. I worked with Tawnie Favorito from the beginning, and she was incredible throughout the entire process from giving me a tour to replying to all my questions. I’ve been living here for a couple months now, and I absolutely love it! Tawnie, the leasing consultant here at IMT Ridgegate, is absolutely fabulous and helped me find the perfect unit with everything I was looking for. The amenities are amazing and everything is kept so clean. On top of that, any maintenance requests I have get attended to right away. I’m so happy I chose IMT Ridgegate to be my new home! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new apartment complex!!!
I have to say Tawnie has been so wonderful since moving here. She gave me the tour initially, answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable and really took her time to show me everything I wanted to see. She was so helpful in the moving process with my crazy work schedule and was so flexible when ai needed it the most.
