I highly recommend IMT RidgeGate. Mackenzie made moving in a breeze. The maintenance department is friendly and very efficient. Great location with plenty of shopping and restaurants.
We have been living at IMT RidgeGate for over 3 years now and recently renewed our lease for a fourth year. So far, we have had really great experiences with the property and the management team. Kari, Mackenzie and Jasmine have all been great to work with on the office side, and as for maintenance Aaron and Juan are the best and always get the job done with a smile. I have lived here for over two years and Kari is extremely confrontational. She’s rude and very hard to work with. I cannot wait for my lease to be up so I can move to a friendlier environment.
I moved in a few months ago and I’m still so glad I chose this spot. It was by far one of the cleanest communities I toured in the area. The apartment itself is super quiet, with modern finishes and lots of natural light—which was a must for me. The pool feels like a resort, and the views from the clubroom? Unreal.
