I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received from the IMT at Ridgegate Maintenance Crew! I reported my washer and dryer not working and had a visit from the maintenance staff within an hour. They immediately replaced a part. When that did not solve the problem, they ordered a new washer and dryer and replaced mine with a brand new one the next day.
