Andrew N. You are totally correct. The response from management is a joke. This is how they answer to everything. Trying to appease the situation.
The new management company is just as bad as the old one.. They are condescending and are not professional at all. At first they cleaned the building, now 2 weeks have passed by with no cleaning onto of that now we have to deal with construction noice. This is advertised as a gated community which is not. The gates remain open and several cars have been broken into. Apartments are beautiful unfortunately, not the place I thought it was going to be.

Absolutely horrible place to live. We have been here for 2 years, my car has been broken into (twice) and we have had consistent water damage inside of our home. Since we moved in, our living room window had a preexisting leak and ruined a TV and products for my job that I personally had to replace. They have not been able to fix the issue or offer any financial reimbursement or anything in recovery for the situation. We recently moved to IMT Cool Springs. It is a good community with nice layouts and upgraded apartments in Franklin area. My experience has been great so far at IMT Cool Springs! We really like living here. Jonathan was awesome, helped me get my lease settled and helped me through every step from showing me around the property to getting the lease signed!
The storage units get robbed and nobody takes responsibility for or do something to about it. Worst place to live in
