As always, the maintenance crew at IMT Germantown is top-notch. This is the second time that I’ve had a service request fulfilled and completed in less than 12 hours. The guys on the maintenance team are absolutely phenomenal and living at IMT Germantown is still the best decision I’ve made since I’ve moved to Nashville. I cannot think the crew in the front office enough. Everyone here that is involved in the organization goes above and beyond and exceeds expectations.

My leasing agent, Kyla, has been excellent! Responsive and extremely helpful. The complex is a little noisy as it is next to a highway, but that is my only complaint
Jeff C came to fix a maintenance issue late at night, and when anyone else would have given up, he stayed over 3 hours and wouldn’t quit until it was fixed. Good people are hard to find, and IMT found one in Jeff.
