I have lived at IMT since 2022 and I really do consider it home. I first lived in a one-bedroom and now have a two-bedroom with my partner (we met from being neighbors here!). We live on one of the floors that was affected by the flood, and while it was extremely unfortunate, I'm glad we stuck through it. The staff obviously did not cause the flood and I've seen some very unfair judgements toward them. They replaced our floors, baseboards, and anything else affected by water. I came in on a busy weekend and although Jazmyn was booked up for tours that day she was extremely kind and took some time out to talk to us about the apartments and even gave us some tasty food options near by. i hope to work with her the next time i visit. such a nice property and such a great conversation with her!

The maintenance team is always friendly, helpful and gets things done in a timely manner. I just renewed my lease bc I love living here.
When it came time renew my lease, I had quite a few questions. Both Jasmine and Alex were super helpful in answering all questions and choose what was right for me. I appreciate their help and am happy to be here another year!!
