I lived at IMT Germantown for almost 3 years and loved my time there (only left because of the water main break and apartment being flooded) the location is perfect, right next to everything and in the heart of the neighborhood. The staff was always super nice and helpful, on site security was very nice for late nights walking the dog, the property was very nice and well maintained, the maintenance crew was awesome. Like I said I’d still be living here if it wasn’t for a pipe burst!
Please be aware. We were awoken to a bursted pipe that sent water gushing to every apartment from the 3rd floor down. Smoke was smelled and we were waiting for 2 hours downstairs for the fire fighters to finally stop it. We waited for updates that never came except messages to keep waiting and updates would be provided for two days as we were told not to stay in our homes. Just wanted to say thank you to Zach on the service team! I put in a maintenance a few days ago and he came while I was out of town, left super detailed notes of what he completed, and also noticed something wrong that I forgot to list on my ticket and took care of it for me! It’s nice to feel safe knowing my apartment will be taken care of without me needing to be present and everything is completed in a timely manner.
I can't say enough good things about the maintenance team in my building! Zach, Blake, and Brad were absolutely phenomenal. I submitted a maintenance request for my blinds and refrigerator water issue, and to my delight, they showed up the very next day. Zach and the entire maintenance team are awesome. My refrigerator water dispenser stopped working. I submitted a service request first thing in the morning and Zach had the repair done the same day!
