Arthur came in yesterday and fixed our ceiling fan. I only put the request in about 3 hours or so prior to him coming over, he was super fast and got the job done right.
I haven’t had a very good experience.
Pool and elevator have been closed for months. I called to see what was wrong with the pool and they told me they'd painted the deck wrong. What a joke from a place where the paint on the deck chipped every few weeks for the three years I've lived here. They hire the cheapest contractors money can buy. With all the new buildings in Long Beach, I don't know why anyone would want to live here.
Lived here for almost two years. My car has been broken in to three times. The reason why we decided to move in was because of how secure we felt and how secure everything looked. We have brought this issue up with leasing without any resolutions we have also made a police report. We don’t have valuables in our car but this shouldn’t be happening if there is security on site.
