I want to give a shout out to jose who is our leasing agent for the apartment that we just moved into. It was his hard work and patience with us including professionalism. His commitment to us that we are in good hands. He was very thorough, friendly, and professional. He took great care of all of the necessities that is required in order to get an apartment at IMT 421 Gallery and my partner and pup can’t thank the staff here for such a seamless transition when moving in from the East Coast. I highly recommend
I haven’t had a very good experience. I am updating my previous review to reiterate how poor the service is at IMT Gallery 421. The leasing office won’t fix the call box that has been inoperable for months. They will make excuses and then dodgers your phone calls and emails to repair the systems and services that residents pay for. I would avoid renting here. Excellent maintenance service.
I’d like to sincerely thank Ruben from the maintenance team at IMT Gallery 421 for doing an amazing job addressing my washer and dryer issue. He responded promptly to the request and carefully worked through the problem based on the symptoms I described. Ruben troubleshot the issue methodically, verifying each step along the way to ensure everything was properly fixed before closing out the request.
