FINALLY! An apartment complex that offers a little more! Previously filled out two applications local apartments no response from them no anything!!! Collected my money and ran away!! However with IMT they were very professional very active in getting the application processed and very hands on I’m so glad we chose this place! Management and staff were amazing and great looking forward to moving in, in about 2 weeks excited great community nice and safe! Thank you all

Arthur came in yesterday and fixed our ceiling fan. I only put the request in about 3 hours or so prior to him coming over, he was super fast and got the job done right.
I haven’t had a very good experience.
Pool and elevator have been closed for months. I called to see what was wrong with the pool and they told me they'd painted the deck wrong. What a joke from a place where the paint on the deck chipped every few weeks for the three years I've lived here. They hire the cheapest contractors money can buy. With all the new buildings in Long Beach, I don't know why anyone would want to live here.
