3/10/2025: I haven’t had a very good experience. 1/28/2026: I am updating my previous review to reiterate how poor the service is at IMT Gallery 421. The leasing office won’t fix the call box that has been inoperable for months. They will make excuses and then dodgers your phone calls and emails to repair the systems and services that residents pay for. I would avoid renting here.
