I have lived at IMT Dayton Station since 2018! It's a fantastic complex, with a great community, easy access to highways and public transit. Street facing apartment doors give it a small town feeling. Maintenance and leasing staff have been a pleasure to work with. If it weren't for homeownership I would call this place home for years to come.
Security issue in building F (3655) but management is not willing to take any action. they just said - security is not their responsibility. please don't repeat our mistake and rent here
Love the maintenance peeps and the management! My stupid laundry door has been so difficult and they have always been there to help. Recently they had to order a new one but it was not fitting so they came back and replaced both doors and it looks and works great. 5 ⭐️ 💯 love this community. They will work with you to resolve any issue you might come across. And left a nice little note after fixing it 🩶 SO kind.
We've enjoyed living in this community, but our experience with the current community manager, Cynthia, has been nothing short of a nightmare. She is extremely rude, lacks basic manners, and has no respect for residents. **IMT management** - if you're reading this, please remove her from this community. She is completely unfit for this role and should not be in a position that requires interaction with residents..
