Maintenance has been quick and responsive and friendly
After having lived here for a year they made the parking paid for no matter if it’s reserved or not. Very slumlord like because it’s not even like the area is well maintained, and they arbitrarily put parking tickets on your window when there was no communication when your pass is expiring.
We are moving here in two weeks & will be sad to move out of this community. Alex V. has been great from the day we toured & all the maintenance people have been absolutely fantastic. Big shout out to Bernie for fixing our water heater today. Extremely professional & great to have someone like that come into your home especially as a woman alone. After being here awhile I see this is not foe me area is getting back they move in anyone then their staff comes into the unit if your late on your rent acting as if their checking to see if you still there even when you told them that you did indeed still live there. .. they claim rights on your unit.. no bbqing of your own..no smoking on your porch in the cold at 1st you'll think it was nice till you have a problem that they don't agree with then manger is not any help but catches attitude..I hear them talking about other ... read more
The worst people you can deal with . If you are looking for headache , stress , prblms , then go there . They ve been rude to their residents , they are acting like they owe that apt complex ( you work there , you suppose to be nice to the residents) . Hope someone will read this review and at least he knows why people are not renewing their lease with you , it's bcz you hired the worst people at that leasing office . The same with maintenance... Whatever just a heads up to everyone thinking to move here , you better not .
