I have been at IMT8 South for about a month now and absolutely love it! I have nothing but good things to say about the facility, staff, location, move in process, etc. Kaitlynne helped me choose a fabulous apartment according to my wants/interests and is just such a joy to be around 🙂 so helpful and I appreciate her! I’ve lived at a handful of apartment complexes across Nashville and this one has been my favorite by far 🤩

We have lived her since February ‘24. We took quite a while looking at apartments in the Nashville area to find the perfect fit. Seriously toured upwards of 20-30. When we got to IMT 8 south we were met with Kaitlynne who made us feel welcome and was very down to earth and friendly. She kept in fast contact and made us even more comfortable in making the decision to live here. Would highly recommend
I have waited over 6 months of living here to write a review, and I can honestly say that I have enjoyed my time here! It first started with Kaitlynne who was so great during my whole initial experience, from tour to move-in. I have never lived in an apartment complex and was a little apprehensive, but she guided me through the process and I got through it with ease. Living at IMT is the best experience! Kaitlynne made the lease/moving in process a breeze!! Highly recommend living here to anyone moving to the Nashville area!!
