On the roof, they have not one, not two, but THREE cell towers. They will endanger your health and expose you to radiofrequency radiation, just to make extra profit, while they are earning on you by renting you a place to live. This shows how much they care about people who live here.
I’ve lived in this complex for over three years with zero noise complaints — until recently, which aligns with what I can only assume is the move-in of new downstairs neighbors. Ever since, I’ve been contacted multiple times about supposed “noise,” including my baby’s walker. Out of respect, I removed it immediately. This building has terrible noise isolation issues. Both from upstairs neighbors and outside vehicles. The window clearly has sealing issues but the maintenance team refuses to fix it and claim us for not closing windows properly. We have suffered every single minute from the vehicle noise outside, and seeking alternatives to move out. Might have to pay 2 month penalty as I can’t stand the noise anymore. I haven’t had any proper sleep since moved in
Thought the apartment checked all the boxes. Definitely on the top of my list. Nice knowledgeable staff.
