Before moving into any IMT Residential property, I strongly recommend visiting the area and speaking with current residents before signing a lease. In my experience, IMT keeps the front landscaping and common areas looking nice when units are available for rent. However, once the units are occupied, they seem to pay much less attention to ongoing maintenance and resident concerns.
