Had a tour this past week with Ethan and have to say, he was so professional and courteous. IMT 6500 has really impressed me. He was able to answer all of my questions about the property and made me feel heard.

I’ve been staying with a friend here for a few days. I was warned about noise from neighbors, but I didn’t expect this level of nonsense. Are the walls made of paper mache? Why can I hear the people above peeing and flushing their toilet!? Im from out of town and I literally thought I was feeling my first ever earthquake, but it was actually the neighbors walking or stomping. Wow, I have never experienced something like this. The pet park STINKS!!!! I read a reply from management on a different post that said they have an underground cleaning system and they clean it regularly, but clearly it’s NOT working! I can smell it some days from the 4th floor while I’m walking to the elevator and nearly throw up when I get close to it. I won’t even take my dog there because there’s always pee right outside the gate as well. The elevator was also broken for 4 days without any update and no sign on the bottom floor.
