A really sold complex. The only problem is all their one bedrooms are facing the inner courtyard and not facing outside.

High end Luxury apartments. Easy parking with great club house for tenants. Very clean lobby and friendly staff . Door people and on staff maintence.

★☆☆☆☆ I lived at IMT6500 for about a year, and the biggest issue by far was the constant traffic noise. If your apartment faces the street, be prepared to hear traffic from early morning until late at night. Even with the windows closed, the noise was difficult to ignore. At first, I thought I would get used to it, but after living here for a year, it actually took a toll on my mental well-being. I will say that IMT 6500, over the last year, has had its ups and downs, but overall, our experience has been very positive. I have to give a special shout-out to the maintenance team, Arnold, Chris, and Gigi. They have been amazing, especially considering the demand and workload they handle on a weekly basis. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and hard work do not go unnoticed!!! I also want to recognize the office staff. Keith, who assisted with our move-in in 2025, was absolutely AMAAZING.
