Really happy with the maintenance service at our APT! Chris and Arnold did a fantastic job addressing everything on our list.
This review is solely for Chris the maintenance man. He is always helpful and gets whatever I need fixed, swiftly. Today he helped fix my faucet in my shower and is always a pleasure to talk to.
The maintenance team Chris & Arnold did an excellent job repairing my washer and fixing the microwave surface light. They arrived within less than 24 hours of me putting in a maintenance request. They were professional and courteous. The washer is now running smoothly without any problems, and the microwave surface light works perfectly again. Leasing office is very nice as well. Chris and Arnold are fantastic in maintenance, they never disappoints whenever I have an issue. The ladies in the leasing office are also wonderful.

But Christopher was fantastic, transparent and swift with his work. I had multiple fixes and issues listed on the request ticket and he came on the day i made the request despite it being a Saturday.
