If you're considering moving here, know that package theft is rampant and management does nothing to stop it. Despite having security cameras in the mailroom, they refuse to review footage or confront the thieves living in the building. I've had clothes, shoes, and countless Amazon packages stolen, and the leasing office offers no help or solutions. You'll have to investigate on your own, and the known thieves are still here. Save yourself the stress & look elsewhere.
I have loved living here ,the community is well maintained, and the amenities truly make it stand out starting with the gym. The secure garage gate gives me peace of mind, and having my own balcony/patio has been such a bonus, it’s the perfect spot to relax after a long day. Living here has been disappointing. Management does constant “preventive maintenance” checks with vague time windows, and it feels intrusive especially for how much rent costs here. I’ve lived in penthouses in downtown LA and never had this issue. What’s worse is the lack of transparency. There are multiple cell towers on the roof, and residents were never clearly informed. 1. The maintenance manager responded my ticket very quick to come in the early morning. 2. He patiently explained company policy about the tankless hot water temperature. 3. He kindly showed me how to correctly switch to shower from tub spout. 4. Then later he brought his coworker to replace the tub stoppers with brand new model for both bathrooms. And all worked fine.
On the roof, they have not one, not two, but THREE cell towers. They will endanger your health and expose you to radiofrequency radiation, just to make extra profit, while they are earning on you by renting you a place to live. This shows how much they care about people who live here.
