Our tour at IMT6500 was great and we will move there when we are ready.
I am writing this review to express my concern for the ongoing noise issue affecting my friend who resides in this building. I initially came to the building to help my friend move in and offer support. I stayed the night and was kept awake the entire time by loud, disruptive noises coming from dogs in the unit above her. Since that night, I have personally witnessed the toll this has taken on her mental and emotional well-being. Important Note: This review does not reflect Keith or Mimi. They have both been extremely gracious and as helpful as possible. Unfortunately, Jessica has since taken over my case, and I’ve been told they are no longer allowed to assist me. Since then, it has been an absolute nightmare. I moved into this building in late March, and from the very first night, I have been disturbed by my upstairs neighbor. She has two large dogs that clearly are not trained.
