This apartment complex has the best maintenance. Arnold and Chris are the best when it comes to solving your problems.
I will say that IMT 6500, over the last year, has had its ups and downs, but overall, our experience has been very positive. I have to give a special shout-out to the maintenance team, Arnold, Chris, and Gigi. They have been amazing, especially considering the demand and workload they handle on a weekly basis. Before moving into any IMT Residential property, I strongly recommend visiting the area and speaking with current residents before signing a lease. In my experience, IMT keeps the front landscaping and common areas looking nice when units are available for rent. However, once the units are occupied, they seem to pay much less attention to ongoing maintenance and resident concerns.
