Horrible! The walls are paper thin, the "dog park" stinks so bad u can smell it from floors up. There's a reason why when they take u on a tour, they skip that part of the building. Theres a nice bbq area, but its also next to the dog park, so thats pretty repulsive when u are trying to cook. Neighbors play loud music and nothing happens when u complain. The elevators are slower than molasses, and dogs are constantly parking throughout the building. The area is awful. Not safe at all.
Arnie and Luis fixed the water line to the refrigerator that allows it to make ice. Arnie came by the next morning to make sure it’s working properly. I’m happy with their service.
Our tour at IMT6500 was great and we will move there when we are ready.
