BUYER BEWARE. The company confirmed and documented the part we ordered was in stock and being shipped. They then pulled and shipped us a completely different product. Notified them of the situation they never sent rma form or followed up about the getting us the part we were charged for. Brought it to their attention that situation was still not solved . Just have to say that I'm appalled at the pricing. They currently have a York Simpicity control board that they are trying to sell at a ridiculous price of $862.50. The board wholesales for under $200. I offered them $200 but the came back with a $700 counteroffer. Absolute rip-off artists! I'll make sure to tell every HVAC company I know in Chicago not to buy from these thieves! Unbelievable!
