I’m going to start by saying IMS used to be good. I was a customer for years, but since John sold the company the customer service and quality of work has gone down the drain. Overpriced and shoddy half measure fixes that end up needing more repairs. Such a shame that I used to be able to rely on IMS.

My wok in refrigeration unit was not performing properly I looked around and called some places and this location was the only one that was able to come see me the same day! They are very professional and the young lady that answers the phone Nancy is very professional and she seems like she knows a lot.
