This place claims it always has computer & phone issues. I called for an hour today after their lunch hour & no one answered. On my 2nd to last call someone answered & immediately hung up on me. I called them on the doctor line & surprise they answered. So unprofessional to leave patients hanging like that.
Dr Brady was by far the most arrogant rude Dr I have ever seen. He actually refused to discuss anything with my husband, including his depression issues. He even had the audacity to state he only had 20 minutes to spend so pick an issue you want to discuss and make another appointment if you have more than one issue. Horrible, horrible experience and I will never go back!!!!! I was so much happier with the doctors who used to be there, they all jumped ship and so have most of their clients! This has been the worst doctors office I have ever been to. I had to wait over 3 weeks for an appointment. Than I get there and the front office staff is so rude, plus every time I went in I had a different doctor even after I told them who I wanted my primary to be. The other doctors were also incredibly rude and very unprofessional. Not only that but I have had a problem with the billing office for weeks.
