I approached the company for information about ground source heat pumps. I was provided with great information, very useful and thorough. Great company, they clearly know what they are doing
IMS Heat Pumps (formerly Coefficient Renewable Heat Solutions) installed a ground source heat pump system at our 1820s house in Castle Donington near Derby as part of a major renovation project in 2012/13. The system is excellent, and combined with high levels of thermal insulation and the installation of solar panels our property is now very environmentally friendly. They now undertake regular servicing for us and we know that they will help should we have questions or any problem. A great team!
IMS and their predecessors installed and now maintain two ground-source systems on our property: one for a holiday cottage we run, and one for our main house. I believe the holiday cottage system was the first they installed. For many years since, we've had trouble-free central heating and water heating in both properties.
