Fast and quick turn around for my claim. Adjuster sent out was great and very thorough. Anytime I needed an update, the representatives were always so helpful through the process.
The customer rep. gave me wrong contact info for inspector twice and she never apologies to me for that .The inspector I called but he never responded back to me ,its like talking to wall or something. Completely useless !!! My verdict STAY AWAY from this company !!!
