Dr. Gesek removed my daughter's wisdom teeth. 1st, it's a surgery factory, he gives each surgery under a half hour. But worse than that, I spent 6 post-surgery days trying to get a human on the phone and never could. I left message after message and text after text. They never called in her pain medication. The worst experience I've ever had with a medical professional. Over an hour of waiting when I arrived on time. I've had four appointments that they communicated the wrong date or time and I had to reschedule once I drove across town and took time off work. They ordered a CT scan and never sent in the paperwork making me wait over an hour at the hospital while they waited on hold trying to get them to send the right authorization. The staff was great, got my wisdom teeth removed with DR.Gesek overall great no complications.
I had to give one star to give a review other wise this place would get 0 zero stars. Yes the office girls were nice, but once the dentist came into the room the atmosphere changed. He was so rude seem annoyed that he had to deal with my five year not wanting to open his mouth. He was so short and brief and basically told me that he could not help me. Your NIGHTMARE will start here if you pick up the phone and call any of their offices. I wouldn't let any of them even touch my dog.
Stay away! I went in for an infection and when I got there their old and outdated equipment wasn't even working and couldn't take an x-ray. They sent me home with no prescription or anything. I had to go straight over to my general dentist to get antibiotics until I could be seen by a real oral surgeon with equipment from this millennium. Staff is the worst I have ever experienced. Unprofessional they hold conversations that are out of line. One even looked as if she was a drug addict.
