The worst experience I've ever had with a medical professional. Over an hour of waiting when I arrived on time. I've had four appointments that they communicated the wrong date or time and I had to reschedule once I drove across town and took time off work. They ordered a CT scan and never sent in the paperwork making me wait over an hour at the hospital while they waited on hold trying to get them to send the right authorization.
