The worst experience I've ever had with a medical professional. Over an hour of waiting when I arrived on time. I've had four appointments that they communicated the wrong date or time and I had to reschedule once I drove across town and took time off work. They ordered a CT scan and never sent in the paperwork making me wait over an hour at the hospital while they waited on hold trying to get them to send the right authorization. Apparently they are not in business! When you call all you get is answering service. No call backs.
All I have to say is don't waste your time. They do not call you back. I have been waiting for over a year to have my teeth pulled which most have broken in half and one tooth is completely gone with nothing but a black hole left. I am constantly sick and now I have an ear infection and my jaws are in pain.
We had a consultation with Dr Gesek for my daughter to have oral surgery. Everything went great with the consult. Due to medical conditions he required a medical release. No problem, got all of that taken care of. I called the office and left voicemails for over a month with no call back. I even sent a fax, email, Facebook message, and a message through their website with no call back. I finally had to select the billing department on the phone system and reached someone. Kudos and thanks to Dr. Imray's professional expertise resolving my lengthy condition. I am a 78 year old man who has resisted having a wisdom tooth removed for far too long based on the horror stories I read on the internet. Dr. Imray told me it was a difficult extraction and proceeded to numb the area and go to work. In 15 minutes the tooth was extracted with almost no discomfort on my part! Huh. The man is an artist of oral surgery. Thanks again to the good Doctor.
Dr. Gesek was very polite and professional. But his staff specifically Monica was extremely nasty. I was there to have 4 extractions done. Soon as I was taken back I was turning off my phone. While in the process Monica rudely demanded for me to turn off your phone! I said I am, then my phone was ringing Monica said again I thought you turned your phone off! Worst dentist ever! I sent my friend to have a bone fixed in her mouth in December '19. Instead, he pulled all of her teeth out. After many months of not wanting to see her again she went back in today May 12th to get the bone fixed (still has no teeth) and he said she did not need the bone fixed. Our dentist sent her there because of the bone problem. I wouldn't take my worst enemy there! If there was an option of zero stars, that would be my rating.
This was the worse visit I had ever had with any healthcare professional. My daughter broke her jaw 2 years ago and is in constant pain. We were referred to Dr. Gesek and met with him. He came in and dismissed my concerns before acknowledging my daughter. He didn't even look in her mouth and said there was nothing he could do for us. He took an xray of her jaw as we were walking out the door and didn't even look at it before he dismissed us.
