I’ve been seeing Dr. Patel for a while, I have even referred family members to him. I love him as a doctor but sadly I am switching to another endocrinologist due to the rudeness and lack of professionalism by his front end personnel. Tge woman up front is way too comfortable being nasty and rude. I will not tolerate the level of disrespect I have received today. I immediately called my pcp to help me find a new doctor. All great reviews about Dr Patel is true, my first visit was great, however…all bad reviews about front office is true also, terrible patient service. Maybe they just need something to make them smile! DON’T FORGET YOUR MASK!!!!
Dr Patel is one of my favorite doctors because of knowledge he has and ability to help you understand. I feel confident with him.
