This has been the worst experience ever. Not only did I get the wrong set up for my car from IMR I have received zero response from Evans. He has yet to respond to me and I am very disappointed. He sent me a bracket and never even gave me the specs to properly weld the new bracket on. I am now stuck because he doesn't even want to respond back. This is terrible. Customer service is the worst.
These guys are great. Got in contact with them about installing some secondary pipes and my jb4 tune on my Stinger. Got me in the next day and got it done very professionally and in a timely manner. One of my easiest process. Definitely recommend
I wanted to wait for while before writing this review so I can give myself time to test the product and calm down after a terrible experience. I ordered a full FMIC with upgraded piping in April 2023 and a CAT back exhaust in May 2023 for my Genesis G80. Its August 2024 now. Ordered parts over a year ago, spoke to someone 6 months ago and they said they were about to be shipped. Called many many times, no answer. They don’t respond to emails or Facebook messages. Watch out for these scammers, I’m patient for some custom parts but I’d steer clear of this company.
