I had the best experience with IMR. Seriously they are the most sweetest people ever. I got the sneak peek blood work and she was so professional, gentle, and extremely kindhearted. She took my blood in the most gentle way possible. They helped me get in fast and really took the time to take care of me and help me out since I was in a time crunch. Who ever is in charge of Medical Records is completely unprofessional and rude. I myself work in the medical field, got a call (the lady did not introduce her self or give a name) she was terrible at her job! Hung up on me on multiple occasions. Completely unprofessional and rude!
