Call me a satisfied client! Took my laptop in and it was dead. These guys diagnosed the issue while I was there and quoted me a great price to reconfigure the operating system. Within 24 hours I was back on the machine working faster and more efficient than ever. Great service at a great price!

My experience at Impulse computers and electronics far exceeded my expectations. Mr. Khan, owner/President was courteous, patient and professional in attending to my computer needs. Rip off report! – They do not know how to fix computers, they just charge unreasonable amounts and you go home only to find that the computer is performing how it did before it was brought in. Horrible experience! Waste of money! Consumers beware!

Excellent Service – Mr. Urooj Kahn and his staff at Impulse Computer repaired a serious virus problem on my grand daughters computer. They have repaired a software problem on one of my computers, and repaired a second computer of mine that had a hardware problem and is now like new. All repairs were timely and at a reasonable price. I also appreciated the follow up call to make sure all was well. I experienced outstanding customer service and recommend Impulse Computer.

Wasn't satisfied with the service – I had a virus that would pop up a Microsoft security essentials false alert. I researched on the internet and learned it is a common virus but I am not at the level needed to remove it. I brought it to Impulse with the assurance it can be removed. No mention at this time of "80% chance we can successfully remove it" just that they can do it. I came back the next day after they called and said it was fixed.
