Professional and courteous. Towed my vehicle there after a poor wiring job by another Offroad shop caused a fire. They got me right in, even tho they were busy, and verified it was safe to operate still and secured other wiring also poorly installed.
I don't usually let shops touch my Jeep for anything I can do myself. But, due to a bad rotator cuff, I wasn't up to installing a new front axle. Impulse went above and beyond. I have a lot of custom fab stuff on the Jeep and Impulse encountered several surprises that added labor to the project that was not included in the original estimate they gave me.
