I have found my forever massage home! Shawna & Don offer different styles of massage but both have the same goal to help others feel better! You should give them both a try! Shawna has given me amazing deep tissue massages & is very personable! Don is also very personable & uses red light to warm the muscles, along with a massage gun (when needed) to work out those stubborn or problematic areas!
As someone with chronic Lymes , joint and muscle pain are an everyday occurrence for me. I often have neck pain and inflammation so severe it causes pinch nerves in my shoulder and arms. Shawna is amazing , I’ve walked into her office literally standing sideways from the pain and by the time my session is over I can stand up again.
