Great gym! The equipment has obviously been picked out and set up by people who know it and actively use it, not someone shopping from a retail catalogue just trying to fill the space with the basics. Frank and the staff have built an affordable local spot with a community vibe that I think a lot of people would prefer over the corporate chain options around.
Love that it’s open 24/7! Only did a month because I was home for winter break but I’m in there when summer comes around and I’m back home.
Love this place. Great people. I’ve not taken part in any of the classes, but when I’ve seen them, they look like a ton of fun. Looks like they have a great community. Enjoy being able to come in whenever I want and there’s rarely ever a weight for anything. Highly recommend!
Solid gym, well set up for serious Olympic style lifting. Not a lot of cardio machines. Co-located with a martial arts gym.
This gym has a great location and incredible community. The equipment is perfect and desire the morning crowds, you can come late at night with a keycard and it’s always empty. Great music system when you’re solo. The one note I would make is billing. Be sure to check your account statements after cancellation. We found out we paid 4 months after we canceled. The owner switched it off and refunded us but it was rather inconvenient.
