I’ve been working out at Impulse for over a year. Sebastian and Isaac are great, they always accommodate and super friendly. Always a great vibe and great music when I walk in. Highly recommend everyone to try it out at least once. I’ve lost 10 lbs which was my goal. Skin has tightened and have toned my lowers abs.

I have been going to impulse for two months now. The system is amazing, the trainers, Sebas , Isaac and Matias are great and truly put in all their energy to do great classes. The workouts are short, yet the results are real. I have gone up in muscle mass and down in fat more than going to a normal gym. Highly recommend!
Me encanta las clases. Sebas, Isaac, y Mati son divinos! Siempre son muy amables y buen ambiente. Les recomiendo si están buscando resultados con mínimo esfuerzo y poco tiempo.
