Impulse Advanced Communications is running a fraudulent company at this point. I am seeking prosecution for billing me after they sold my account off to another provider. There was no longer any agreement or service provided. The company is fraudulent. Stay away. NOTE: no recent reviews are positive.

Since Monday, when I called for assistance with setup of my email accounts. I had a support ticket downgrade after my initial call. That afternoon, I called since I had not heard from Tech support (is only 2 persons). AFTER WAITING 2 HOURS. I realize there are demands from all the customers. Tuesday, I called and spoke with Kevin to reset the passwords. And confirm the protocols. I will admit I don't know if I use "Webmail,' "Zimbra," email.That was the only time in the past three days.
