Bought solid gold earrings, fell apart right when I took the backing off of one. We were not told earrings were final sale. And the person "helped us" was extremely rude and laughed at us about the earring breaking. Update: took the earrings to a shop that i've sold to for years. The earrings were sold to me as 14k gold. NOPE, they were really 10k. Tested them right in front of me. So if you want to get actually good quality and know what you're buying, don't come here.

This store is wonderful!! The staff is great, very knowledgeable and extremely accommodating!! Don't hesitate to come in and shop!! They are very honest and they have a huge selection!! Their prices are really good as well!! I am a customer for life!!
