Shady business practice, red flag was when they asked for your ID when purchasing with a credit card. Wife bought an ear ring and when she tried it on at home it didn't fit her ear lobes, we brought it back the same day, but they wouldn't even let her exchange for a different one. They said all sale on certain jewelries are final. They never told her this when she bought it.
Outstanding! Come here on my birthday and got a gorgeous silver and crystal necklace and some stud earrings. The guy working there was AMAZING!!! I had came in wearing my 20yr old sapphire studded watch which was missing a few sapphires. He mentioned about repairing jewelry so I took off my watch and asked him about it. I swear the guy right then and there immediately replaced my missing sapphires and handed it back to me, said happy birthday it’s on the house!!!! Bought solid gold earrings, fell apart right when I took the backing off of one. We were not told earrings were final sale. And the person "helped us" was extremely rude and laughed at us about the earring breaking. Update: took the earrings to a shop that i've sold to for years. The earrings were sold to me as 14k gold. NOPE, they were really 10k. Tested them right in front of me. So if you want to get actually good quality and know what you're buying, don't come here.
