I wish I could leave 0 stars. This company has been nothing but a disappointment. We moved into our HOA in January of 2024 and have been forced to utilize these services (we receive 0 vote - which is part of the problem). DO NOT LET THEM NEAR YOUR FLOWER BEDS!!!!! I wish I had a choice in the landscapers our HOA chooses. They owe me hundreds of dollars now. Just yesterday after the company has been MIA for 3 weeks. (They come every tuesday) I thought my garden would finally be safe...... I was wrong. All 4 of my rose bushes cut to the ground, my hydrangea gone, my lambs ear, hostas, lupines, Peruvian lillies, lavender. ALL GONE! They finally came to weed but didn’t stay long. Left large weeds behind. It’s been 13 days since I notified them about this, and I can’t even get a definitive response about when they will be back to finish the job.
