Half my shrubs are dying and I’ve had to replace myself three years later. Viburnum planted with steel wiring still around the root balls which chocked them out. Some plant species planted in absolutely wrong sun and I had to transplant elsewhere - now growing well. Worried about a Japanese Maple that is looking stressed which our local arborist tells me was planted too deep and probably has the burlap still around the root structure. Just overall frustrated given the price and reputation.
