The most unprofessional and impolite people I have ever seen We had to wait from 9am to 10am in the lobby and there was no one in line before us. As soon as they started working another lady was seen first and than second person than they started giving numbers which made us No#3. So disappointed so disrespectful they have no shame even when we asked why they said it is what it is if you don't like it you can leave. I will never ever visit this place and people again I do not recommend anyone to go there
Horrible!! Es la primera vez que lleno mis taxes aqui y la experiencia a sido horrible, primero pierdes tu dia completo tienes que esperar por qué es por turno de llegada, para colmo no enviaron mis taxes electronicamente el dia que llene mis taxes con ellos y cuando verifique en el IRS, no las habian recibido y tuve que volver a esta oficina para que las enviaran. This is my third time traveling a long distance to this office, only to find no one available to assist it has been a complete waste of time, especially since I have to take time off work to make matters worse, they don’t even response to phone calls very disappointing service NOT recommending for anyone if you want to waste your entire day and leave with nothing, then this is the place for you,
