Where do I begin? ImproveRite listened to what we wanted to achieve with the addition of a shower to our downstairs powder room. The negative reviews for this company are, unfortunately, correct. When you want them, no answer to multiple texts and emails. But when they want you, especially a check, they are all over you. The worst part was communication: I had just planted new sod on my lawn, and fenced in the area with 18" fence so the guys would no not to walk over the new sod. They PULLED OUT THE FENCE and PARKED THEIR 3000 LB TRUCK ON IT. Not on the street, in my sod. All of this occurred with me home: a simple knock on the door by the worker woul... read more
