Work not completed and this contractor is not refunding money that I paid for a down payment. Just empty promises and a lack of follow through. I had a bad experience using with this company. My company paid Improved Comfort just under $25,000.00 and no work has been completed for 2 customers. One Air conditioner was paid for in full and the work was never completed while the contactor had several months to complete the work. I’ve had a great experience With Al so I’m rating 5stars
I wish we had the same experience as others. This is by far the most unprofessional way to communicate. Al required me to text several days in a row just to get a response from him. This all started Sept 9th and the job has YET to be completed. He scheduled us for today 10/12 (two weeks ago) and I have not received a response to my text asking if we are all set and if there was a window we could expect them, nothing.
