A CT scan revealed that I needed a cortisone injection to treat inflammation in my shoulder, caused by an old injury. Andrew prescribed a series of exercises to strengthen the muscles around my shoulder, with the aim of restoring the area to normal once the effects of the cortisone wear off. I’ve started the exercises and am already feeling better. Thanks, Andrew, for your care and guidance.
