Rude and disrespectful management/owner. I called and set an appointment a week in advance. Then I called to confirm the appointment the day before and get a voicemail the day of the appointment that they are coming. 2 hours before I get a slew of calls that I missed while I was on the train and then a text saying they are canceling and ‘time is money’. I didn’t know you need to triple confirm an appointment, btw it was me, not them who confirmed in the first place.

I’m a 1st-time homeowner with zero experience with contractors. While searching for a contractor to remodel my entire condo, I came across Impro Solutions and decided to take my chances based on their catalog of past projects. AJ and the team were precise, helpful, informative, very knowledgeable, but most importantly, excellent at their craft making the process effortless. I couldn’t be any happier with the outcome and quality of work they did and will not hesitate to use or recommend them in the future.

Hired Impro solution for a complicated kitchen and bathroom upgrade. AJ and his crew were thoughtful through the process and very professional. From the demo to the final touches they were skilled and paid attention to details like no others . Definitely would recommend them and use them for future projects.
