Regrettably we found this firm to not add value to our project. Erik Olsen was the one saving grace. There were difficulties in communication with HQ and Brad never really seemed to listen to our needs. There was no formal "intake process" so at every turn when we stated the obvious for us... the team seemed lost and confused.
