This was the most painful process to get a yard sign. Will not order again. Customer service claimed our artwork was low rez and couldn't be put on the sign, when in fact it was fine. A few of the signs were printed crooked which is why I assume they sent a few extras over our order number requested. Took a week to sort out the artwork logistics and during that time, they ran out of stands for our signs so we had to be refunded the price and give signs with no stand. Suggestions: 1. BUYER BEWARE! customer service is really frustrating. My order has been ON HOLD since May 6 when I made it, yet in all 6 communications with the company they tell me it's "in production" which which most people would say means, "It's being printed" I ordered 50 yard signs and they promised delivery on May 20 (but later said, "no, that was an estimate" As of two days ago, they still cannot promise a delivery date, are still saying "it's in production" (though my order page still show, "ON HOLD") They have offered ... read more

We have placed yard sign, vinyl banner, cups, wristbands, koozies, and custom clothing orders with Imprint over the past year. I have been fully satisfied with the quality item of item ordered and quality of customization. Customer Service has been swift and clear in dealing with any concerns, and shipping is always on time. We will continue to use this company for our merchandise and advertising needs.

I placed my order on May 12th and received it on May 15th. I was very pleased with the quality of our yard sign and the ease of being able to design exactly what I wanted through the website.

While we finally received my daughters grad sign it was what I hoped it to be but Outside of the orange I chose being yellow ! I will never use this company again as the shipping time was well over 4 weeks and I paid for a 4 day shipping. The stand came separately. The customer service was not helpful.

I placed an order on May11 and paid the extra shipping to have it fed ex by the 15 for an event.Today is June 1 st and I still have not received the item.I called customer several times only to speak to a gentleman that literally did not speak 1 word of English.The connection was cutting in and out and it was very hard to understand anything at all.I ended up emailing the gentleman who told me the item would be in my hands that day.That was May 17th two days after my event.I emailed again.The same gentlemen asked me to wait ... read more

Worst customer service experience ever!! I spent almost $1000 with this company and not a single manager or someone of power could call me to rectify the multitude of issues with my order. 1. When purchasing with the company it was not transparent, nor was it clear in their delays. In fact, when I ordered it gave me Eight (8) options with a shipping delivery date.
