I sold my business and the people I sold it placed an order with this company and they charged it to the credit card on file. Nobody checked to see if it was the correct credit card, it was my credit card. Imprint Enterprises has been paid twice for the same order but won’t refund my credit card, almost $700. No one will answer the phone when I call and my former sales rep was not very nice about trying to help. Really poor business ethics. Buyer beware.
