Do not order from this company. If I could give 0 stars I would. We were told our products would arrive by May 21st, which gave us enough time before our event on May 31st. However, after placing the order, we discovered in the terms and conditions that the company reserves the right to ship up to two weeks after the estimated delivery date they provide. I was in a pinch and Imprint Engine saved the day!! Jon did a fabulous job ensuring the order came out perfect, and was even able to accommodate a last minute change to the graphics. I highly recommend them - great products and amazing customer service.
