UPDATE IN RESPONSE: Their response is absolutely untrue. Initially my post op was for March 24th which would’ve been 8 days post op, but because I was super sick with the flu which had caused bronchitis, my post op was rescheduled for April the 2nd. At that time I didn’t mention my stitches were loose and was told it was normal. I chose Dr. Price because, after I explained all of my fears, he put me at ease and earned my trust. Unfortunately, my experience after the extraction was deeply disappointing. The day after the procedure, I became ill with a virus and severe coughing caused my sutures to open prematurely, leaving me in significant pain. Updating my review, post-op. Their customer service is great but very pushy to purchase more items. When I refused the additional services, credit cards and cosmetic options, that were pitched mid procedure (with a completely numbed mouth). They always ask after the procedure and not before.. I like to utilize my expenses via insurance so I’d love more options that it will cover before being half medicated.
Updating my review, post-op. Their customer service is great but very pushy to purchase more items. When I refused the additional services, credit cards and cosmetic options, that were pitched mid procedure (with a completely numbed mouth) I noticed a shift in the quality of work. 1 week later when the swelling decreased, I noticed new areas in my teeth that purposely captured everything I ate. This was not present before so I have to return to get this mended (more money) and not convenient while working full time.
I can’t say enough Dr. Price. He’s warm, thorough, informative and patient. I’m absolutely mortified of dental visits and having to have an extraction was on a different scale of anxiety for me. He made an extremely terrifying experience a calmer one for me. I’m glad he’s in prosper!
