We did not have a good experience w this compounding pharmacy. We received the medicine fine in the mail - but when it came to getting a universal claim form to get paid back by our insurance, they kept sending us an incomplete form. They would not put more than 1 ingredient on the form even though they are a compounding pharmacy and by definition their drugs are a combination of more than 1 ingredient. I have been on glaucoma meds. for 30 years, my eyes began to reject the meds. because of the preservatives. Since I have been a customer of Imprimis Rx I can't remember the last time my eyes have been so clear. No more watery, irritated, blurry eyes Thank you Imprimis Rx
