****DO NOT BOOK HERE+***** I scheduled this appointment online and had several questions through text. This was an appointment and gift to my son for his birthday. so I felt comfortable enough to put a $25 deposit down and show up after I explained I had a 2020 Ridgeline and wanted the front two windows and Windshield tinted. I was quoted a price and again asked if that included the windshield. I was told everything was included. The appointment was at 9am and arrived 5 minutes early. Stay away from this place! The owner "Mr Impressive" is incredibly rude and has no customer service skills. I took my 2019 Mustang there and all the windows that have been tinted all have dust bubbles which will never come out unless professionally removed and re-done. He does not work in a clean environment! Look elsewhere people.. I wish I did.
First of all....Show up to your appointments when you make them! That's easy.... right?! Apparently not. Lol Read other reviews; Telling customers they are entitled to their own opinion further displays that you dont care or have customer service, problem solving, or good people skills.
