Working with Impressive Restoration was a huge headache. They gave me a timeline of 3 weeks, but the project dragged on for over 2 months. The crew was constantly late, and sometimes they didn’t show up at all. I had to keep following up just to get basic updates. Completely unprofessional!

The owners of the company are very polite, professional and understanding. I was able to get my bathroom's ceiling fixed the next day after the conversation with Leo. The worker performed a quality work and was very accommodating too. By the end of the day everything was completed and more :)

I would highly recommend avoiding Impressive Restoration. My experience was awful! Leo the owner, is nothing but a scammer. He took my money but didn’t follow through with the work. I had trouble getting in touch with him, and the service I received was subpar at best. Save yourself the headache and find a more trustworthy company!
