I joined Impressive Fitness in December and have already noticed a big change in my body composition, posture, and agility. The program has helped me build more discipline than I’ve ever had with fitness. What really stands out is the community. It truly feels like a no-judgment zone, and I always look forward to the high five after each session. Thank you to Ed for creating such a motivating and supportive environment. Highly recommend!
I can only say wonderful things about this Gym. I loved the setting, the group i interaction during workouts, and the variety of schedules that I could modify to fit my schedule when needed! The trainer is just amazing! He guides with meal plans, workout routines to fit your stage and comfort level, and motivates you to keep wanting g to back to your workout! As someone that has an inconsistent job schedule, it’s been wonderful to work with someone as consistent as Ed at Impressive Fitness! I’ve been going for about a year and his workouts are always a highlight of my week. There’s tons of variety and I am definitely stronger having been consistent in going. I’d recommend Impressive Fitness for anyone looking for a quick and effective workout to add to their weekly rhythm!
Ed is a great trainer. He provided proper form guidance, and creates a tailored program. Friendly atmosphere and the times for training met my busy schedule .
