DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! IT'S A SCAM!!! "TRASHY LUXURY BRAND" only because influencers hype it up but us real customers get stuff broken. Horrible customer service. I received defective items and they would expect you to pay another fee to replace the damaged products. For the price you pay for the slay station I wouldn’t recommend this company, it was hard getting someone to respond to me. Feels like a scam to get more money out of you. I am very disappointed please see the attached photos. They should better inspect their products before shipping them out to you. Now I am stuck with an incomplete slaystation
NEVER SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY! I ordered a vanity from them and did not receive my entire order. I have been going back and forth with customer service for 3 days and no one is offering me a solution claiming that there is nothing that they can do. No spending me my missing pieces, no refund or even partial refund. They are ok with that your money and consumers being dissatisfied. Poor customer service and shopping experience. Better off getting vanity for Amazon or furniture store.
The vanity mirror we purchased has a nice appearance. We had a small defect, but the customer service team was great and handled the situation above and beyond what was expected!
