I made an order online for a Travel Case Vanity, while it arrived to the East Coast very quickly, it did have a broken latch. But I contacted customer service and was assisted by Jessica! She helped me with the return process, and had a new Vanity Case sent back out as soon as my return was delivered to them! Thank you for the awesome customer service. I will definitely purchase from this company again!
