Been here on multiple occasions and have left both in tears. Came in for a cut and just asked for a trim, i then proceeded to get told that it would be good to take some weight off to which i thought was just taking a little more than i wanted off, and i did agree but then she proceeded to pull out sheers and thinned out my natural thick hair, the second occasion i asked for a specific style, got the complete opposite and cried my way home because it did not at all look like the inspiration picture, staff here are nice but n... read more
