👎BEWARE!! David Smith doesn't pay his subs! Had to pay thousands to get the lien off our house! We paid him fully and gave him months to resolve this. SHAME ON HIM for he knew we flooded with Harvey! Seemed very nice to work with. GOT FOOLED!!!
